If it is too low, it will affect the vacuum, and it will also increase the temperature and increase the noise, which will affect the performance of the pump. Open the black rubber covers on the air intake and exhaust ports, add a small amount (a teaspoon) of vacuum pump oil from the air intake port to facilitate starting, and connect the vacuum pump and the vacuum system (the air intake port of the vacuum pump must be lower than the air outlet of the pumped instrument), The pipe connecting the pumped instrument and the vacuum pump should not be too long. The diameter of the connecting pipe cannot be smaller than the inner diameter of the vacuum pump inlet, otherwise it will affect the pumping speed, but it must be smaller than the outer diameter of the inlet, otherwise it will affect the tightness. The volume to be pumped cannot be too large, generally 15-20 times the pumping speed in seconds is used. At the movable joint, apply vacuum grease to enhance its tightness.

When connecting the power supply and wiring, pay attention to the requirements of the wiring regulations on the motor nameplate;

For three-phase motors, please note that the direction of rotation of the motor should be the same as the arrow on the pump bracket. Or before connecting the pipes, first connect the wiring and plug the air inlet with your hand to see if there is suction. If there is suction, the wiring is correct. Otherwise, the direction of rotation can be changed by changing any two wires (Note: For three-phase motors When determining the steering, it must be done instantaneously).

Check whether all the valve switches are in the closed state, confirm that they are closed, and then energize and test drive; after energizing the vacuum pump, start with the valve switch of the vacuum pump and turn on the valve switches in sequence.

The working environment temperature of the vacuum pump: in the range of -50C-400C, the relative humidity is less than 85%, and the air inlet pressure is less than one atmospheric pressure. If the ambient temperature is too lower than the vacuum pump, it will be difficult to start, and if the relative humidity is too high, it will affect the vacuum degree; if the relative humidity is high, you can consider using a dry filter before entering the vacuum pump to prevent a large amount of moisture from entering the vacuum pump, which will affect the vacuum degree; The suction port is continuously open to the atmosphere for no more than 2 minutes (except for oil pump lubrication);

The vacuum pump must be installed in a well-ventilated place and keep the pump body at a certain level. *The vacuum pump runs smoothly and has low vibration; on the exhaust nozzle of the vacuum pump, connect it to the outside with a hose to prevent oil vapor from polluting the environment and reduce it.
